I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation prior to the start of treatment.
Fees are $175 per 45 minute session, $185 per 55-60 minute session, and $195 for the first, initial Intake appointment. Couples and Family visits are $195 for 55-60 minute sessions.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with traditional BCBS plans and Highmark BCBS, and with Medicare. If I am out-of-network with your plan, I will provide you with the information necessary for reimbursement at an out-of-network rate, to the extent your insurance allows. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is my in-network versus out-of-network rate of coverage?
- Is telehealth covered?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for those with financial need.
Payment
Cash or check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) are acceptable forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, a $75 late fee will be charged for that session (except in situations of unavoidable emergencies).
